To ½ cup butter 4oz. (2 sticks)
1 cup sugar
1 ½ eggs
¼ cup milk dash salt
2+ cups flour
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp mace
cream sugar and shortening (butter)
add egg flour and spices
stir in milk make into dough drop on greased pan
bake hot 415* for 12-15 min.

Note this cookie has no soda or bp so Cut small and flatten on the pan before baking.
