Sugarless Pumpkin Pie
 

2 cups of water
2 env. Unflavored gelatin
1 (16oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
tsp. mace (opt.)
1 full TBSP dry milk
1 Cup splenda sugar sub.

heat water and sprinkle in gelatin stir, remove from heat mix in all other ingredients as listed and stir after each
cook for 10-15 minutes low heat (simmer)
pour into baked crust or empty pie tin and chill in frig. do not try to eat warm.
