SUGARLESS APPLE PIE
 

In a medium size bowl combine
4 large pealed & sliced apples.
1/3 cup concentrated apple juice
2 tbsp. quick tapioca 1 tsp. cinnamon
Toss well and let stand 15 minutes
Place mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle . Cup chopped walnuts.

Bake for 15 minutes @425*
Lower heat to 375* and bake aprox 40 minutes.
