Apple Crisp
 

Topping
cup flour
2 tbsp brown sugar( or add 1 tbsp molasses to reg. sugar)
cup Splenda
tsp cinn.
Pinch of mace (nutmeg)
Mix with mixer 30 seconds add
4 tbsp butter and mix until sandy texture . do not over mix set aside

Filling
5 large apples pealed and sliced
( also can mix pears or any fruit)
2 tbsp splenda
2 tbsp water
mix with fruit now mix crumb and coat all fruit
bake 400 oven in a 2 qt dish about 20 minutes slice warm and serve
cal. 190 for good chunk
