Pumpkin Spice Bread

3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 - 16 oz can solid pack pumpkin
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
tsp ground cloves
tsp ground allspice
1/2 cup water

In large bowl, combine sugar, oil and eggs. Add pumpkin and mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to the pumpkin mixture alternately with water. Pour into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans. Bake 350 for 60-70 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack; cool completely.

Yield: 2 loaves
