2 cups AP flour
2 cups WW flour
2 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp salt
1 ½ cup hot water
Mix into dough by hand w/ spoon turn out and knead well Dough should be pliable
Can be made in mixer knead 8 minutes in med speed, should clean bowl sprinkle flour until it does but do not over do it.
Let it rest about 30 minutes roll out with rolling pin. Now stretch the dough with the back of the hand thin, fingers will tear the dough.
Note you'll need to rest the dough 3 times 1 hour apart. Cover each time. You can put into frig over night if you want.
Bake @ 400* it will bake fast so stay there.
Cut hot into strips and let cool
Can be made in food processor if desired takes about 5 minutes total time. It should form 2-3 balls in mixer; dust with a bit of flour until it does. I suggest to jog timer
