SMALL PUMPKIN PIE
 

Have ready 1 -8"pie shell
In your bowl place 10 oz. pumpkin
Add and stir in 1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. Pumpkin spice
pinch of mace (opt.)

Slowly add 2/3 cup of milk
Stir well until smooth.

Place the shell in a hot oven 400*
And ladle in the mixture as full as you can.
Bake about an hour, until dark button form
On top and the filling has domed up.

Let cool!! don't try to cut hot, the pie needs to settle.
