Pumpkin Pie Filling

In a medium size bowl place a small can of pumpkin
Add 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon corn starch
1 heaping tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (too taste)
stir in 2 beaten eggs
whisk until smooth
slowly add 1 cup of milk* and stir in well

*any milk will work but can milk taste better and use canned milk
Pour into a 9" pre made pie shell. Pour half then carry to oven place in the center of a 400* oven and carefully add filling until full to the top.
You may have some filling left, bake in custard dishes.
It will take at least 1 hour and maybe 20 minutes more. The filling will dome up, when it does, it's done.
