Watermellon Wine
 

Cut up 3 qts watermelon
1 cup sugar w/ 1tsp ginger 1 tbsp molasses
And 1 tbsp dry yeast ad to water enough to cover mellon
Place in crack pot, in warm place to ferment.
Be sure to stir every other day, let it work out or about a month.
Strain if to strong cut with boiled water till drinkable.
