Place 1 cup of all-purpose flour
In a medium size bowl
1 tbsp sugar
Add 1 teaspoon baking pwd.
Pinch of salt
Stir in 1 egg
Mix in ½ cup cream corn
This should be a soft dough mix a bit getting everything together. Drop spoon fulls into hot oil and fry both sides serve with butter or maple syrup, as a snack or side dish.
Note if too stiff add a bit of milk, if to soft add flour.
