Yellow Cake #2
 


In the bowl place
1 cups sugar
cup (4oz) shortening
1 1/2 cups cake flour (or AP)
1 Tbsp Baking pwd.
Tsp Salt
2 tbsp (shot) vanilla

measure out 1 cup of milk,
Stir in cup of milk and 3 eggs.

Whip at good speed (6 setting) for 5-minutes
Slowly add the balance of the milk stir slowly until smooth, about 1 minute.

Divvy into 2 -8"greased pans and bake low and slow @370* aprox. 35 minutes golden brown with no wet or soft spots, let cool in the pan!
