Poppy Almond Pudding Cake
 


In a nedium size bowl place
cup sugar
1 cup cake flour (AP flour will work)
2 large eggs -Med. will do, lg. is better
2 tsp. Baking powder
tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk powder
cup water
4 tbsp. Almond flavor
4 tbsp. poppy seed

Cream with mixer at high speed, for 5 minutes (rest after 2 and do balance)
Add cup salad oil (not canola oil or olive oil regular soya oil is best)
Mix well at med. speed 1 minute

Pour mix into 7" pan w/ tube in center (you can get them at the market)
Bake @ 375 for about one hour until there are no wet spots anywhere,( touch the highest point)
