IN a MEDIUM BOWL
PLACE CUP SUGAR
3/4 CUP FLOUR AP
1 cup BRAN (OAT BRAN BEST)
1 TSP. BAKING PWD.
PINCH OF SALT
1 TBSP. MILK PWD.
TSP. MACE*
MIX IN 1 EGG & CUP WATER
BEAT APROX 1 MINUTE AND ADD
CUP OIL AND MIX IN WELL
AFTER MIXING ADD CUP SOAKED RAISINS* (OPT) AND STIR IN.

Bake in hot oven aprox. 20 minutes, no wet spots in center.

Yield 12 MUFFINS

*A SPICE YOU WILL NEED TO BUY AT THE STORE, BUT YOU COULD USE NUTMEG INSTEAD, YOU CAN ADD GINGER AS WELL TO MAKE SPICE .
*YOU MAY ALSO ADD NUTS
* SOAK RAISINS IN HOT WATER BEFORE STARTING, DRAIN.
