IN YOUR BOWL, MIX
BREAD FLOUR 5 CUPS
WATER 2 CUPS
MIX ABOVE 30 SECONDS
ADD 2 HEAPING TBSP. DRY YEAST
SUGAR 1 CUP
PINCH OF MACE
SALT 1 TSP.
1/2 CUP MILK POWDER
HONEY 1oz..(ONE GLUB)
ADD 4 EGGS
SHORTENING 1/2 CUP
OK MAKE YOUR DOUGH COME ON KNEAD WORK IT OVER AND OVER
IF YOU GET TIRED GET SOME HELP OR LET IT REST FOR A WHILE AND
START OVER .
If you have a mixer mix for 10 minutes, it should not be stiff, add water if it is
PLAIN SWEET ROLL FROSTING
MIX A BOX OF POWDER SUGAR INTO A CUP OF WARM WATER WITH A DASH OF SALT OR ALMOND FLAVOR OR BOTH.
Mix hold back a bit of water it is easier to add then to take out
the frosting should be a bit stiff.
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
1 pack of cream cheese
warm in microwave until very soft. Mix with a box of sugar and add water as needed
dash of salt
frost the rolls hot let it melt in so you need to have ready
DANISH ROLL IN
After mixing above dough for Danish it should be a bit soft . Refrigerate for about 30 minutes up to an hour. Then roll out into a oval 14"X 9" Place 2 sticks
(1/2Cup ) of common margarine (Cheap ) or use butter for a better flavor.
NOTE the oleo or butter should be the same temperature for best result let it come to room temp. a few hours,
Smear all of the oleo onto 3/4th of the dough, fold the dry side into the center and the other end over the top to make a book, now roll out 14X9 again and book again now do this one more time and put to rest in frig.
