(Before we start the only way you can have an all grain bread is to buy some kind of all grain)
To do this I recommend a post cereal called GREAT GRAINS w/out the raisins but if your store only carries the one ,so be it.
If you have a blender or a food processor, place 1/2 cup of the Great GRAIN cereal and 1/4 cup oatmeal and 1/4 cup WW flour in a plastic bag and pound the mixture into smaller pieces. If you use a blender becareful not to make flour out of them we want chuncks.
Place this mixture in your mixing bowl
add 1 and 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tbsp sugar ( best is honey ) a good glob will do.
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1 heaping tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. milk pwd.
stir in 8 oz. warm water (warm not hot). Knead the usual way for 100 strokes cover and let it rest 30 minutes and knead it 5 minutes more.
the dough should be pliable not overly stiff and not soft and sticky adjust the flour more or less to do this.
Again let it rest 30 minutes knock all the air out of it and make up into loaf and set in plastic bag to rise it should take an hour or over the pan, bake 35 minutes @ 400* the top will be hard the bottom needs to be brown Yes you can tell.
